Outdoor Soccer Registration
Community Outdoor Soccer Registration
The outdoor soccer season runs the first week of May until the end of June (weather permitted). Games are once or twice per week and practices are optional. Games are played at other sport fields on the west side.
To ensure that your child has a spot on a team, registration must be done on one of these two nights. We will not accept any further registration after March 6th. A valid community membership is required and will be sold at registration night at a cost of $10 per household. The Westview Heights Community Association is able to provide financial support to families residing in Westview.
Contact our Soccer Coordinator Maria at 306-716-1391 for questions or to volunteer.
Thanks to all the people who volunteer their time as soccer coaches!

Every Step Matters – MS Walk
Canada has the highest rate of MS in the world. The MS Society of Canada estimates that approximately 1000 new cases of MS are diagnosed in Canada each year, which means three more Canadians are diagnosed with MS every day. Chances are you have a relative, friend, coworker, acquaintance or classmate with the condition.
“My experience with multiple sclerosis began early: I was a teenager when my mom was diagnosed. At first, I don’t think I really understood what was going on. Her MS was mild for the most part. That has changed recently as my mother approaches retirement. It scares me that my mom might not be able to walk, and even more, not enjoy her retirement.”
- Rhonda Head, Saskatoon Saskatchewan Blue Cross MS Walker
Lace up your walking shoes this April, and join us in the fight to end MS. The 25th Anniversary Saskatoon Saskatchewan Blue Cross MS Walk takes place on April 26th, 2015 at the Archibald Arena. For more information or to register and start fundraising, visit www.mswalks.ca or call 306-244-2114. Every step matters.

Community Sign Update
The Westview Heights Community Association is moving ahead with having the Stone Welcome Sign at 33rd and Avenue W (across from Mac’s) demolished and replaced with a New Masonry sign with the option to have up to 5 lines to advertise Community Events.
Seeking Information on Stone Sign
We need to know how thick the base of the old sign is and if they poured support piles or not? If they did pour support piles, do you recall the size and depth of the support piles? If anyone in our community has information regarding the original sign please email marianr.roth@hotmail.com
Westview is looking for a person or business that would like to provide us with a quote/tender to demolish and haul away the stones of the “Welcome to Westview” sign.
Tenders or queries on this project can be forwarded to
