The Westview Heights Community Association is moving ahead with having the Stone Welcome Sign at 33rd and Avenue W (across from Mac’s) demolished and replaced with a New Masonry sign with the option to have up to 5 lines to advertise Community Events.
Seeking Information on Stone Sign
We need to know how thick the base of the old sign is and if they poured support piles or not? If they did pour support piles, do you recall the size and depth of the support piles? If anyone in our community has information regarding the original sign please email marianr.roth@hotmail.com
Westview is looking for a person or business that would like to provide us with a quote/tender to demolish and haul away the stones of the “Welcome to Westview” sign.
